Can you believe we’re already halfway through the year?
If you’re feeling like time flew but you’re not sure what you actually accomplished—you’re not alone.
The halfway point is a powerful moment to pause, reflect, and realign.
This isn’t about judgment—it’s about clarity.
Let’s zoom out and ask:
What’s working? What’s not? And what needs to shift to make H2 your most focused and profitable yet?
Step 1: Reflect (With Radical Honesty)
Ask yourself:
- What 3 things went really well in the past 6 months?
- What do I feel proud of (even if it’s not revenue-related)?
- Where did I feel stuck or scattered?
- What drained my energy—even if it “looked good” from the outside?
📝 Pro tip: Take 15 minutes, pen + paper. You’ll be surprised what comes out when you slow down.
Step 2: Review the Numbers (Not Just Revenue)
Use these questions to audit your business performance:
| Area | Reflective Prompt |
|---|---|
| Revenue | Am I on track with my income goals? If not, why? |
| Clients | Which clients/projects lit me up? Which felt like a drain? |
| Leads | Where did most of my best leads come from? |
| Offers | Which service(s) were most profitable and enjoyable? |
| Time | How many hours am I working weekly—and does it feel sustainable? |
Step 3: Realign for Q3 & Q4
Now, using your insights, decide:
- What am I doubling down on?
- What am I letting go of—even if it’s “working”?
- What’s the one strategic shift I’ll make in Q3?
✨ Example:
If most of your best leads came from workshops or collaborations, but you spent 80% of your time on Instagram… it might be time to pivot your focus.
