- Creating a simple “Year-End Offer” (a mini audit, strategy session, or quick-win package)
- Sharing a success story or testimonial each week on LinkedIn
You’ll be amazed how much revenue is sitting in your inbox or DMs, just waiting for a follow-up.
Make marketing a daily habit (not a last-minute scramble)
Your Q4 growth doesn’t come from doing more marketing, it comes from doing it consistently.
Even 20 minutes a day of intentional outreach or content creation can completely change how the year ends.
Ask:
“What’s one simple marketing action I can take today that will move me closer to my goal?”
End with a plan, not burnout
Instead of pushing through the holidays exhausted, wrap up with clarity.
Spend December setting your Q1 goals, offers, and marketing calendar.
That way, when January hits, you’re not starting from scratch, you’re already in motion.
